1. Know that you are not alone, and that there is Options.
2. Talk to your Bank, they really do want to help you get out of your jam.
3. Act fast, the sooner you communicate with your bank the more options you'll have.
4. Be prepared, your bank will ask you lots of questions. They will want to know what caused the delinquency? What your current bills are? Employment Status, Total household income. And of course, they will want to know what your plans are for the Home? Do you Live there now? Do you Plan on living there?
5.This is free and banks will work with you as much as they would work with anyone else. DO NOT PAY FOR THIS SERVICE BEFORE TRYING TO DO IT YOURSELF! And even if that doesn't work or you just don't want to talk to the bank yourself, give me a call. I'm here to help.
