This Face & Smile here may look familiar to you because I have set the new standards in the Real
Estate Industry for having MASSIVE Open Houses where I post Over 300 Open House signs!!! That’s
right! This is unheard of in our industry by the standard agent. I once pulled in over 75 people in one Open House and on
average get the occasional 30-40 people. I believe that if I'm going to sit in an Open House for 4-6 Hours,
this is the least I can do to make it beneficial to both the Seller and I and maximize both of our valued time.
